Lorraine has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and teaching for over 7 years.
My classes are student centered. I believe in allowing each student time to develop in their own way.
I passionately believe and take pride in welcoming all students whether a beginner or an advanced practitioner. I aim to create a welcoming and fun environment for all.
I enjoy making sure there are options for those that want to take it easier and also options for those that want to challenge themselves further in their practice.
